14-day returns
We want you to love your necklace. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason (EU right of withdrawal).
How to return
- Contact us at our contact page with your order number within 14 days of delivery.
- Send the necklace back unused, in its original packaging, using a tracked and insured service.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the necklace, we will refund the full amount of the product using the original payment method within 14 days.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your necklace arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will find the best solution for you.
